Get Ready for ‘Scream Queens’ Fashion

By now you’ve seen the trailer for ‘Scream Queens’ and are even more excited for the premiere. The show looks like a lot of fun, but the fashion is so much fun too!

I can already tell that every week I’m going to be excited to see what the Chanels’ are wearing next! Not to say I liked everything they wore in the promo, but it will be fun to see all their outfits.

The Chanels’ like pastels, furs, pearls and embellished bomber jackets. They are certainly fashion forward and like to push the envelope. Emma Roberts was wearing a feather shift dress in a few clips. The fur ear muffs were a little much for me, especially when she was wearing them inside. I’m not sure I quite get Emma’s matching fingerless gloves. Another item that should only be worn outside, but she sure looks good in them.

I do like the Chanel’s graphic tees. Anything that says Paris on it is my kind of shirt.

My favorite outfit of the Chanels’ was Emma’s black, white and pink block dress. I would love to get my hands on this dress. Does anyone know where it’s from?

Grace doesn’t have a love for accessories like the Chanels do, but she sure loves her hats. In most of the clips with her she can be seen wearing newsboy caps and beanies. I would describe her style as girly preppy.

My favorite outfit of Grace’s was blue shirt, blue skirt, blue newsboy cap and matching blue purse. She also wore a black and floral embroidered bomber jacket in one of the clips with a tan silk shirt. Not quite like most of her other looks, but it was very sophisticated.

Are you excited for all the fashion that’s coming our way?! What was your favorite look on the trailer? Which character are you most looking forward to follow? I’m especially looking forward to Emma and Skyler Samuels’ styles on the show, but the other Chanels should be interesting too.

The Full ‘Scream Queens’ Trailer is Here!

Get ready to be even more excited for ‘Scream Queens’! The full trailer is here and it looks like we’re in for a lot of screams and a lot of fun.

We’ve seen some creepy teaser trailers, but now we know what’s coming. Twenty years ago there was a brutal murder at the Kappa House and now someone is out for revenge.

If you are not a fan of sororities, you’re going to have so much fun with this one! Dean Cathy Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) decides Kappa will allow anyone to pledge. Chanel Oberlin (Emma Roberts) is not happy. In the trailer she said, “What fresh hell is this?” She won’t give up the house’s prestigious reputation so quickly though, she decides to make the hazing even more difficult.

There’s a scene in the trailer where the girls are planted like trees and then one of them gets mowed over!

Skyler Samuels plays Grace and she wants to pledge for Kappa because her mother was a Kappa. But Pete Diller (Diego Boneta) thinks there’s something dangerous about the house. He doesn’t know how right he is!

All the pledges have one sure way into the sorority. Channel tells them that if they die protecting a sister, they can skip hell week. How nice of her. At least these girls can be a member in spirit.

If murder and laughs aren’t enough fun, there’s so many stars that appear in the trailer: Lea Michele, Niecy Nash, Abigail Breslin, Nick Jonas, Ariana Grande and for those of you who watch ‘Nashville’, Oliver Hudson.

Are you excited yet? We just have to get through the summer now. ‘Scream Queens’ premieres in the fall on FOX.

‘Scream Queens’: Hottest New Show for Fall

screem-queens-fox‘Scream Queens’ is quickly becoming the most anticipated new show for the fall.

News keeps pouring in about another hot hollywood star being cast and the show already has a starting fan base, since the show is from the creator of ‘American Horror Story’ and ‘Glee’, Ryan Murphy.

“One of our top priorities at the network has been to get Ryan Murphy to create a new series for Fox. We loved every element of the pitch for this show — the genre-bending concept, which blends true horror with big comedic moments; the diverse and unforgettable characters and reuniting the phenomenal creative team that delivered ‘Glee’,” Dana Walden and Gary Newman, chairmen and CEOs of Fox Television Group, said to The Wrap.

Fox has committed to ‘Scream Queens’ for a 15 episode season.

“I knew I wanted to work with Brad and Ian again on something comedic, and we are having a blast writing ‘Scream Queens’,” Ryan said to The Wrap. “We hope to create a whole new genre — comedy-horror — and the idea is for every season to revolve around two female leads.”

The Legendary scream queen, Jamie Lee Curtis, is one of the big names cast in the horror-comedy show, Deadline reported.

A modern day scream queen, Emma Roberts, has also been cast and with her experience in ‘American Horror Story’ and ‘Scream 4’, she should fit right in.

According to Deadline, Emma has been rumored to star in the show ever since ‘Scream Queens’ was first announced.

Emma and Jamie are not the only big names set to star in Ryan’s new show, Lea Michele (‘Glee’), Joe Manganiello (‘True Blood’), Abigail Breslin (‘Little Miss Sunshine’) and Keke Palmer (‘Masters of Sex’) have also been cast, Variety reported.

‘Scream Queens’ is also looking to musical stars for recurring roles. Variety reported that Ariana Grande has been cast and The Hollywood Reporter said Nick Jonas will also star in a recurring role.

The biggest casting surprise has to be New York University graduate, Billie Lourd. ‘Scream Queens’ will be her TV debut, Deadline said. She’s the daughter of CAA managing director, Bryan Lourd, and actress Carrie Fisher.

According to THR, the first season of the anthology series will be set on a college campus that is hit with several murders. There will be new settings and storylines for further seasons.

The hourlong show will premiere in the fall and is set to start production in the spring.
