Looks like this rift between Cristina and Meredith is going to last a bit longer. I think Cristina should have stayed, instead of just dropping of the cup cakes and leaving. She said she likes Meredith kids and whats more fun than watching other people’s kids all dressed up and then leaving them to their parents. You get all the fun and none of the responsibility. Meredith made the effort of inviting her, Cristina should have made the effort of going to the party.
In one way I understand why Miranda is upset that Ben gave up his dream. He moved miles away to chase a dream, but he came back for her. Isn’t that every girls dream for their man to choose them. Surgeons are certainly ambitious and maybe that’s why it seems surgeons can only date other ambitious types. Only people who are ambitious can understand the demand. But with marriage comes compromise. Derek is stepping back at work so Meredith can step up, and he’s absolutely loving it. That’s all Ben is doing. He’s choosing to be near his family. I don’t see anything wrong with that. Couldn’t he try to get in a residency program in Seattle?
Callie and Arizona are making it work. I think Callie made the right decision. She doesn’t want to miss out on any moments.
This was a nice and spooky episode for Halloween. Between the guy trying to eat other people and his organs being on the opposite side, and the creepy woman that kept disappearing.
Check out the preview for next week. Bailey doesn’t seem to be handling Ben’s news very well:
